All new products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; however, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Make sure to place the order number, and use the same packaging for returns. It may take up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process the return and refund the balance.

Processing time for returns?
When we get notified of your return, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.
After the return is received and verified with our return policy, you’ll receive the refund by the original payment method. Payments may take up to 10 working days depending on your financial institution. Please note that the refund will exclude the shipping cost.
Water Resistance
Our product line (Quartz Watch) is water resistance of 3 ATM. The Automatic (mechanical) line is 5ATM. It is recommended to avoid water contact, as the warranty won’t cover any water damage.
